Welcome to ZoomedXL!

Thank you for applying to our small package delivery program. We’re excited to get you started — possibly as soon as tomorrow! Please read carefully and follow each step below to complete your onboarding.

Step 1 – Download the Route Runner App (SpeedX)

All contractors will use the Route Runner by SpeedX app to manage routes. Download the correct version for your device:

Step 2 – App Setup Instructions

When you first open the Route Runner app, enter the following details:
  • Terminal: CLE
  • Company/Fleet: Scroll through and select Zoomed CLE (you must select us to be placed under our fleet)
  • Work Address: 15601 Neo Pkwy Cleveland, OH 44128

Step 3 – Complete the Formal Application

Fill out the official ZoomedXL application form here: 👉 Cognito Application Form Our team will contact you once this step is completed.

Program Details

  • Pay Rate: $2.00 per stop
  • Vehicle Types: Use your own vehicle (car, SUV, cargo van, etc.)
  • Coverage Areas: Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Warren, Niles, Mineral Ridge, Campbell, and surrounding areas
  • Schedule: 7-day operations (minimum 5 days per week required)
  • Note: ZoomedXL does not provide gas or fuel cards. Contractors are fully responsible for their own fuel and vehicle costs.

Contractor Agreement

  • This is 100% Independent Contractor work.
  • You are responsible for all expenses related to your vehicle, including gas, insurance, and maintenance.
  • ZoomedXL does not offer employee benefits, fuel cards, or incentives.

Compliance Requirements

  • All packages must be returned to the warehouse the next day, even if you are not operating that day.
  • $100 minimum fine will be assessed for any missing package.
  • $100 fine will be assessed for any package not returned by the following day.
  • Contractors are expected to maintain professional standards and follow warehouse manager instructions regarding permanent route coverage.
